  This is possibly one of the best restaurants in Sherbrooke. The food is upscale, original and eating there feels like a special experience rather than just "having a great meal" . Reserve ahead of time.

  Amazing service and amazing food! First, we were there with a guest who was out of town and spoke English. As soon as the host noticed, he and the whole staff changed to English.
  Second, my wife is vegan and it can be difficult to find places to eat. The chef made a special meal for her that was not pasta or a salad. It was made with love and she loved it.
  Third, the attention to detail of our waiter, Nicholas.
  Fourth, the very creative food was delicious.
  Great all-around place to eat.

  A bit on the expensive side, but the food was delicious. I had the parmesan fondue for the entrée, and they were quite possibly the best I've ever had. The gin and tonic with cucumber mousse was good as well.
